Senior Administrator

Temporary to Permanent role

£7 to £8.50 per hour + holiday pay, when the role goes permanent salary will be £18K to £21K

Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

North Solihull, Free Parking

Working as a member of a small team in the offices of an established and successful company the key purpose of the role is the processing of orders for UK and overseas customers who manufacture for aerospace, medical and oil industries. You will be uploading orders from the sales team onto a bespoke system and ensuring that the correct paperwork is in place for all deliveries incoming and outgoing, ensuring the dimensions and prices are correct and checking material meets the correct specification before the orders are dispatched. You will also be raising invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a specialist metal industry, however this is not essential. What is important, is extremely high accuracy standards, very good attention to detail, great communication skills together with a confident telephone manner and excellent organizational skills.
